How to use MySQL to store DbFace configurations?

As default, DbFace stores all configuration data (application settings) in config/dbface.db. You can also make DbFace to store them into MySQL database to gain more stable performance.

1. Delete config/.install file
2. Create database dbface on your MySQL
3. Create database.php file and replace it application/config/database.php
