Absolutely. DbFace is a month-to-month, pay-as-you-go service. You can upgrade or downgrade plans anytime. Any upgrades or downgrades are automatically pro-rated for the next month. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, you can cancel your account within the first seven days and request a full refund, no questions asked.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card, debit card or paypal payments. Our credit card orders are handled by Avangate, an order processing company that handles sales for thousands of software companies world-wide.

What is On-Premises?

If you want to host DbFace on your own server, You can choose the On-Premise option, you can get dbface running in your local docker container. On-premise provides 15 days trial, after the trial period, you need to get a license to keep it running.

What does Enterprise mean?

Enterprise version use isolated host environment to store DbFace configurations. It also has own sandbox, so you can custom the domain to point to that. Enterprise URL is not public, so only you know your enterprise instance URL.

Do you provide customization service?

We help you build your reports and dashboards solution. Supply your brief, and we will help you build reports and dashboards solution in desired time frame.

Do you store the data from our database?

It depends, we store your data if the data sources are CSV, SQLite3 or API Connector. We do not store your MySQL, PostgreSQL or any other SQL databases data.

What are the supported data sources?

You can create connections to MySQL, PostgreSQL, CSV, API Connector, On-premises installation supports CSV, API Connector, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Firebird, DB2, Cubrid and any other ODBC drivers.

What does "Perpetual License" mean?

Once license registed, you can always get DbFace running on your webserver, no additional cost required. You can also get free minor and major updates for 12 months
